Sponsorship Refund Policy

Using the app is free

Every feature of Nothing 2 Wear — wardrobe, stylist, outfits, try-on, packing and selling — is free. There is nothing to refund, because members never pay us.

This policy covers sponsors only

The only paid product we sell is sponsorship placement (monthly plans and one-off boosts) for brands and retailers.

14-day money-back guarantee for sponsors

If you're not satisfied with a sponsorship placement, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or your most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax compliance, receipts and refunds for Nothing 2 Wear sponsorship orders.

1. Open the billing portal link in your receipt email, or from your account page, to view your invoices.
2. Reply to your receipt email to request a refund.
3. Or email support@nothing2wear.ai and we'll help.

Cancellations

You can cancel a sponsorship at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your placement runs to the end of the period already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside the 14-day window.
